Have to insert into the wall a recessed outlet and will do the job

only if the plug outlet is high like the wall mount. i myself have that set up and the plug does is much lower so cord shows

I could easily have a tv plugged in and a joey (comcast device) mounted behind tv. Including a keyboard/mouse (wireless) hidden behind t.v. only issue i had was getting a lv1(single gang low voltage hole)/hood behind the tv for all my other cables
