Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.These kinds of things can be mounted on brick but it degrades the bricks and lowers your home value in the long run. The holes will have to be drilled with a special bit and it will have to go deep enough to add an anchor behind the frame. I'd listen to what an experienced professional installer would say, but personally, I want that thing mounted on the studs.
