Yes, IF your device has a "switching power supply." Look at the device, it should be labeled something like "Input 100-240V AC" -- American power is 110V. Most phone chargers these days will do just fine, but perhaps not a really cheap one.

Whether you can use this or not depends on your power supply. Many power supplies for cell phones and computer can take wide range of input voltages. Just look it up on your power supply for the device you intend to use. Most likely it should work.
