Will this adapter allow me to connect my MacBook Air to my TV to view my photos?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your interest in our products. In response to your inquiry, Since your MacBook Retina 12 doesn't have a thunderbolt port, this adapter is not compatible with it. I definitely recommend you our USB Type-C-to-HDMI Adapter: https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-PU369CH-WH/4480802. Deneb M.- Insignia Support

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work just fine. I run 13” MacBook Air and a Pro. It works flawlessly in both. Buy an extra if you travel and pack them both separately in seperate bags, sometimes things get lost and it’s always good to have a spare. I use mine for PowerPoint presentations with both still graphics and video on both larger TV sets and projectors for larger screens. Never had a hiccup
