Yes it works on Mac book mid 2010

Yes - mine is a 2010 Macbook Pro and it works great.

I doubt that this item will work. I believe a 2010 macbook would have a Mini DVI connector. I do not think that the display port/thunderbolt came out until about 2012. Please check the apple website to see what video out port is on your machine.

It will work with any Mac with a mini display port to most any lower res display. It will work with an HD TV if it is a lower resolution. However, It will not work with a newer higher res display or HD TV unless your Mac has at least 1920x1080 resolution.

This product worked on a 2009 Macbook Pro, so I don't see why it wouldn't work on a 2010.
