There is a small micro-USB to USB cord that comes with it. Plug the micro-USB end into the charger and the full USB end into a wall adapter (recommended) or computer to charge until full (has indicator LED lights to let you know when)

It comes with a short charger but any android charger works fine

The charger comes with a usb to micro usb cable, to charge the charger, you have to plug usb port of the cable into either a laptop/desktop/wall converter and plug the micro usb side into the charger. Once the blinking red LED turns solid blue then the charger is fully charged.

Plug the micro USB plug into the charger and the USB into an active USB hub or plug.
