• If it’s charged and you have a USB you should be ok . Keep in mind it’ll probably charge your phone well one good time and the charger itself will start dying

• This is a battery; aka a power bank, used to charge electronic device batteries (specifically a cell phone or handheld gaming system). Electric power, is literally it's purpose. It must be recharged after all of the charge is depleted. I recommend you purchase something with a larger capacity for power outrages.
