“I've only had my ice maker for a month, it was working fine up until a week ago. Out of all the ice making prongs, only 3 of them freeze the water making ice. Does anyone have a solution or experience the same issue?”

Most of the problems is when the ventilation is covered. Try to let the ventilation open and also dont turn it upside down to clean or so. It may get the refigeration liquid damaged or if you do let it rest for 12 hours before you use
