You turn it on and select the ice type but it have to have water in it to do it there’s nothing wrong mind did the same it okay it going to do that what I did was read the manual making sure it ok

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My power button don't flash when i turn it off. The only issue I do have is you have to re-program your ice cube size each time you shut off and turn or have to turn off and turn back on if the water gets too low. Hope this was helpful.
