It keep saying add water and it already has water in there and it’s not doing anything I have unplugged it and plug it back in and nothings working null

I had this problem with another brand. That problem was the water filter and water line. I gave it to a friend who is handy, and he took it apart and fixed it. But I like my new Insignia ice maker better. Hope this helps.

you have to put water in as you remove the ice cubes by adding water to water line.  if it is cleaned regularly you will have no problems, wait for the cycle to begin again once it has been cleaned.
