“I bought this ice machine 8 months ago and without warning it just stopped working. Is there anything I can do?”

• The machine has a one year warranty. Ours stopped feeding water and not getting cold enough to make cubes, so I called Insignia about the policy. I brought it back to Best Buy and they automatically exchanged it.

• Always get a protection plan. Other than that. There's not much you can do aside from taking it to a appliance repair shop.
