“My machine doesn’t light up when it’s time to add water. What could be the problem. It’s fairly new and it never worked”

• If using distilled water the sensor may not detect the water level and you may have to reset the machine. You should use distilled water because any other water still has lime scale and other minerals in it that can clog the lines.
