“My machine keeps saying ice full when there is no ice inside of it. how do i fix this??”

• There are two sensors on the left and right above the basket. Clean those with rubbing alcohol & a paper towel. Those are light sensors and tell the machine that the unit is full.

• Hello there, To fix an ice maker that says it's full when it's not, you need to test the ice slideway to see if the magnet is still connected to the on/off switch.
