“Has anyone used this product to make ice cubes out of coffee? I have seen other forums (different sites, manufacturers) where people made coffee ice cubes. I have consistently heard that you must clean the ice maker after each "batch" of coffee cubes.”

The manual says to only use water. Anything else could cause build up internally as it pumps water (or any fluid) from the reserve through areas you could not clean easily .
