“red lights above Start & Stop buttons on portable ice cube maker stay lit simultaneously & no ice cubes .. though water in tank . hit stop & both lights went off but won't come back on. try. tray inside won't lift up to dumping position”

The red lights mean either it needs water, or the ice tray is full, unplug it, do what it says, then back on and the red lights will be off.. I had the same problem.. I hope that works for you
