Clean the interior with diluted detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth, then rinse with clear water. Take out the ice basket and clean it. Unplug the water drain cap to remove all water. Replace the water drain plug before filling with water. Clean the ice maker at least once a week or every three days. CAUTION: Do not use bleach or vinegar to clean the internal components.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use either vinegar and water to run through or I take mild detergent with a bottle brush and wash the unit by hand. You can also use the cleaner for the Keurig coffee makers to run a cycle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I am done making ice I unplug the unit, pull the plug and run very warm water through it, then use paper towels to dry. I have not had any issues with mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used a mild weak/diluted solution of dish soap. Rinse thoroughly, and then rinse again. I actually carefully tipped the unit when rinsing as to not expose the electronics to water...Then run several batches of ice to clean it out completely. Enjoy!
