• I guess you could by putting the ice in a blender with your lemonade ingredients. The ice is a great texture and I love to just eat it so I know it would do good in a blender.

• I would not recommend this - the natural lemon is very acidic and may not work like you expect. You are better off making just the ice in this machine and then adding your other components in a blender. The ice is fast!
