Why it’s not making ice and keeps just moving null

Check water level. The light may not come on but check the level. Also, I had reviews that distilled water should be used. I cant find it in instructions but that is what I use because there wont be any chemical or rmineral build up.

Rinse ice Maker and make sure fan is clean
