“In a move, this ice maker was packed but somehow the ice basket was not.. I haven't found the ice basket. And I really don't want to purchase another one. How and where can I buy the ice basket, that catches the ice that is made? Please help!!”

If your Insignia Portable Ice Maker is still under return and exchange, I recommend returning it to have the whole unit replaced.
