“I followed all directions, but it will not make ice. It cycles normally but no ice is made, the water just pours out. The room it is in is not too hot or cold, and same with the water. What could cause this and how do I fix it?”

Remove basket and fill water well but only near overflow line. Replace basket, close and press on button. Otherwise, you a defected device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t believe the temperature of the room would matter but as long as your water is room temperature or cold it shouldn’t have any issue. Just plug it in, fill with water, make sure the ice basket is in right, and press the start button. If it doesn’t work, I’d go exchange it for a new one as it’s probably defective.
