I googled about these machines. So apparently there's a small relay inside you should be able to hear it click when it's running correctly 2 times. (Once to open the water and then again to go to the next step. Mine clicks 1x's but not the 2cd. Which says to me that i need a new relay. They're only 25.00-40.00 thru ebay but the hard part for me would be the sadering the piece back on correctly. So i hope my 2 year geek squad insurance can help in this situation. Good luck
