I've plugged this unit in and pressed the button and all four lights blink once and turn off. Does that mean it's charged? It's been plugged in for about 18 hours but, once unplugged, wouldn't charge my phone, even after I tried turning it on. null

When you plug your device into it and it does not start charging, press the status button on the battery pack and the charging will begin.

Does not sound right. Maybe you got a faulty charger. When I first charge my battery charger, I got three steady blue lights and one blinking light. After maybe about six hours, all four lights were steady. The charger was ready to charge with no problem.

Once you plug it into what you want to charge, you have to hit the button again to turn it on basically

It appears that you got a defective unit. All four lights mean fully charged. Once plugged into the phone, push a button. I should start charging.

Try pressing the button about 1/2 hour after you unplug it; that should show how many bars of charge it has. Some seem to get bad units, so yours may be defective; mine has worked fine from the start. Be sure to press the on button after you plug it into your phone.
