Can you attach and a hand break on this stand? null

I don't see why not, as long as the screw holes in your brake line up with the plate. I have a H-pattern shifter mounted to the side plate and I don't have room for anything else to mount to that. I think the included mounting plate is enough for one or the other, not both. Although... maybe you can C-clamp a handbrake to the crossbar along the top of the mount?
