“I purchased this remote yesterday at Best Buy and it was working fine for both the tv and the Samsung sound bar and now it will not work on the tv, I was able to program it again for the soundbar but I can not get it to work for the tv.”

I did everything Insignia said to do and it still does NOT work. Bought a similar one off of Amazon for a LOT less money and it is working great.
