“I bought these for my husband several months ago and they work really well. Recently though he'll be watching a show and suddenly they'll stop working and the blue light starts blinking on the dock. Can't troubleshoot from instructions.”

Try this. Press the little round light at the top of the cradle.

Please try again later.May I suggest that he make sure that when he puts the Headphone Back On The Cradle that he "MAKES SURE THAT IT IS ON THE CRADLE CORRECTLY AND THAT HE SHOULD CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE RED LIGHT IS "BLINKING" ON THE HEADPHONES . (RIGHT EAR) HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TOUCH ANY BUTTONS AGAIN ONCE HE SEES THE RED LIGHT BLINKING This means that your HEADPHONE IS STARTING TO CHARGE. Once he gets the "VOLUME" like he likes it he should not have to touch ANYTHING on his "HEADPHONES AGAIN." Uunless he wants to "UP THE VOLUME. NANNY IT REALLY SEEMS LIKE YOUR MAN IS NOT PUTTING HIS HEADPHONE ON THE CRADLE CORRECTLY. I EVEN MAKE SURE BY PRESSING LIGHTLY TO MAKE SURE OURS (2) ARE IN PLACE WHEN I REPLACE EITHER ONE BACK TO ITS CRADLE. GEE I HOPE I WAS ABLE TO BE OF HELP.
