• A:Answer Yes. I love these headphones. My HDTV is a 5 year old, non-bluetooth Sony. These were very easy to setup, I'm almost 70 [but still a bit of a techno geek] and had no problem connecting them to my TV. Anyone who can read and follow instructions can easily set these up - they charge quickly on first full charge. They are light weight and fit very comfortably, They also do a fairly good job of cancelling out ambient sounds. Best advise: pay attention to the light indicators to know when they are charged, paired to your device, and when they are charging. I had the flu and used these because one ear was plugged-used them off and on for over 6 hours and they never ran out of juice. These helped me hear even low frequency sounds extremely well. • A:Answer You plug the headphones into the optical port (you need to buy another wire) volume for tv is controlled by the remote, volume for headphones controlled on the headphones. So yes, you can listen to the headphones and the TV’s volume can be up high or off.

Q: QuestionHeadphones work but when I turn them off and place on docking station to charge, then take them back off after charging they will not play sound. I unplug the power cord from the unit, plug back in and they work. What am I doing wrong.

• A:Answer You cannot pair another pair of headphones with the base station. However, you could use a second set with the RCA cables. There is an IN and OUT on the base station, so you could essentially take the audio from your device, like a TV, to one base station using RCA cables and OUT to the the IN of the other base station.

Q: QuestionI just connected the headphones to my tv via an audio jack and the sound quality is great, however there’s an audio lag and I don’t know how to fix it. I tried shutting my tv off, turning down the volume, shutting the headphones on and off. Help plz!

• A:Answer I wrote the question and ordered the headphones without waiting for answer. Yes, the headphones do come with both a power cord AND about 4-ft. of audio cable with both red and white jacks for stereo input from the television. I don't know why someone would say there is no tv cable.

Q: QuestionWhat is best to do when not in use? Put headphones on the charging unit or unplug the adapter and turn off the headphones, but still store on the charging unit? I feel it is much easier to just replace them on the charging unit when not in use.

• A:Answer PCM! NOT DOLBY! I thought the headphone connections were the problem. I tried so many variations! Even buying an unnecessary converter because my Samsung "Smart" T. V. doesn't have RCA(Red White) or 3.5 (Not so "smart" in my opinion). The solution turned out to be so simple! -> TV menu, sound, select the type of connection for output, then, on my menu it's under "expert" there are the options Dolby, bit, or PCM and *PCM* is the right one. It was set on Dolby by default I think. On the headphone base the white light showing on top is for the RCA, and light at the bottom indicates the Optical connection. Press the button to change You can also use the button on the headset. For some TV's you also have to select sound "On" "Auto" "Off" ¹ am very happy with my headphones. They have a rich full sound AND block out noise. I connect them to my phone to listen to music by using the RCA<-->headphone adapter that was included. Tip: To keep them from hurting the top of my head I use a thin flat foam makeup sponge but the pads used to adjust the fit of helmets would work too. The foam is softer. It makes a huge difference in comfort. The recharging part at the top of the headphones combined with the weight of them can make it press on the top of your head. I've had them over 18 months now and I'm still satisfied.

• A:Answer Joyce I had to chuckle at your question. Because I feel the same way as you do. However what I do is that I lay my headphones on my shoulder doing a commercial. Or I simple remove them completly away from me. Just as long as I can reach then quickly when the movie returns. Since the regular volume on my TV is off. Hope this was helpfu Joyce.
