PCM! NOT DOLBY! I thought the headphone connections were the problem. I tried so many variations! Even buying an unnecessary converter because my Samsung "Smart" T. V. doesn't have RCA(Red White) or 3.5 (Not so "smart" in my opinion). The solution turned out to be so simple! -> TV menu, sound, select the type of connection for output, then, on my menu it's under "expert" there are the options Dolby, bit, or PCM and *PCM* is the right one. It was set on Dolby by default I think. On the headphone base the white light showing on top is for the RCA, and light at the bottom indicates the Optical connection. Press the button to change You can also use the button on the headset. For some TV's you also have to select sound "On" "Auto" "Off" ¹ am very happy with my headphones. They have a rich full sound AND block out noise. I connect them to my phone to listen to music by using the RCA<-->headphone adapter that was included. Tip: To keep them from hurting the top of my head I use a thin flat foam makeup sponge but the pads used to adjust the fit of helmets would work too. The foam is softer. It makes a huge difference in comfort. The recharging part at the top of the headphones combined with the weight of them can make it press on the top of your head. I've had them over 18 months now and I'm still satisfied.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to make sure the headphones are on the right source. The headphones have a button on them that switches sources and the light on the base will change when the sources are changed. Give them each a second for the sound to come through.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on if you using optical cable or rca jack to hook it up. Go into tv settings and see what audio output it is set on too. I have a Roku smart tv and set it on auto find because Drs it Dolby didn’t work. But mostly find the setting on the tv and that’s where to start. And on headphone stand if you are using optical cable there are two settings. The bottom light needs to be on. Use the big round top button to switch it over or the button on the headset by pressing g and holding for a sec.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is it wireless, could be bad connection from back of TV to headphone. If it is wireless, make sure you charge it daily, jack is placed on audio out from TV to headphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check and make sure the internal tv speakers are turned off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if the buzzing is when you stream content check to make sure the streaming device is plugged into an hdmi jack labled arc
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Toggle switch on the input selection. This is done either on the headset at the very bottom button or on the transmitter, as I read in a review, by pushing the light button. A white bar at the top is Wired; the same white light bar at the bottom. The directions are horrid.
