I am probably the last person in the world that should be answering a techie question but I did find that if I don't turn off the headset but just hang it back in the charging the station they will recharge and be ready for the next time. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you perhaps pushing the lit button on front? If so, that is your problem. The button is only used to switch between different sources, not to activate the headphones. They activated automatically when removed from the charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know why this happens, but it seems to be fixable. I've got mine plugged into a TV that I use for watching Blurays and for a second monitor for my laptop. Sometmes, when I pick them up after charging to use them with my laptop, the sound does't play. I've found that if I immediately switch the TV to Bluray and let the Bluray start to play a disk, that the sound will return soon. I then can switch back to the laptop with no sound issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would usually only want to turn the headphones off if you wanted to stop using them but not put them on the base. If you are going to put the headphones on the base to charge, just hang the headphones in the proper spot, and the headset shuts itself off. If you pick the headset up and there is no sound, try holding down the power button on the headset for 10 seconds. When the headphones are working, the base unit should have a blue light around the button on the face of it, and there will be a tiny blue light on the power buttons of the headset.
