“I just connected the headphones to my tv via an audio jack and the sound quality is great, however there’s an audio lag and I don’t know how to fix it. I tried shutting my tv off, turning down the volume, shutting the headphones on and off. Help plz!”

If your tv has an optical audio jack, try hooking the headphones optical to the tv optical . Will take a special optical cable, but worked great for ours.
