You don’t have the headphone paired to the tower. Read directions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. I had to configure my Roku TV (TCL brand) to make sure sound from its speakers was NOT muted, and also to send an optical signal towards the headphone base. Then I had to use an optical cable from the TV to an optical-to-RCA converter to plug into the headphone base. Remove the little plastic covers from each end of the optical cable, and plug in both ends; the plugs only fit one way, and they've got to be inserted completely. Finally, I had to learn to turn on that converter only after everything else was hooked up. Then it worked. If the converter is ever unplugged, it won't work again after it's repowered UNTIL the unit itself is switched to RCA and back to optical, then turned off and on again with its switch. It took some careful manual-reading and patience, but I'm happy with the result.
