I have wireless headphones from Insignia. They are plugged in to the headphone jack of the TV. Only worked for the right ear and had to replace them. Got new ones yesterday. Set it up and now there’s a crackle noise in both sides. Can this be fixed? null

I had that experience but I fix it by turning off both TV and the headphone jack and waited for a couple of minutes before turning them on. And it works..
