“They have worked flawlessly until the last 2 years. Now i get a half hour use after fully charging them, started 2 months ago. How can i replace the battery or exchange them? I believe the battery is defective since the performance changed so quickly.”

That's because they are worn out don't last forever, that being said it's a quality product 2 years is pretty good actually.
