Check the audio settings on your TV. I had the same problem and when I changed the settings it worked perfectly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The little round lighted circle on the cradle try pressing that. Especially if the lighted line is at the bottom of the cradle box. Hope this will help.
