the sound is in and out.change in the middle of movie. sometimes you here the sound after you turn off tv. thankyou for careing Robert

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I chose to use optical cables rather than the RCA cable included with the headset. On the orange sticker lower left side of the charging station it said to set all devices to PCM format when using optical. I went into settings on my TV and set HDMI #1 to PCM. I had to set each HDMI to PCM individually which was a bit tedious but they all are now working with the headset. Then I ensured that the setting on the charging station was set to optical. You can switch between RCA and Optical by pressing the lighted circle at the top of the charging station or by pressing the button on the bottom of the right earphone. I found it easy to inadvertently press the button so I visually look at the charging station to verify that it's on optical rather than RCA. Volume once set tends to need no further attention. I hope this helps. The RCA setup should be similar, but I didn't have any RCA output ports.
