“Had model NS-HAWHP2 Insignia for year. Now headphones won’t pair, can’t power them on . Believe they’re fully charged as been properly seated in charging cradle. The blue light is blinking at top of base. Any troubleshooting ideas?”

The light on top of the base should be solid red when it is charging. If it is not, I would check to make sure it is properly positioned in the cradle.
