• Standby mode is basically putting the headphones to sleep. You would be used when you wanted to turn the headphones off, but not put them back on the base. You hold down the power button, and the headphones turn off, as will the little blue light on the power button. When you want to use the headphones again, just hold down the power button for 10 seconds. The blue light will come back on, and headset will connect to the base.
