Yes, but you can also remove your hearing aids and turn the volume up as loud as you like. Problem is that when you take off the headphones you have to remember to put your aids back in. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That would depend on how new your hearing aids are. Mine are about 4 years old and high end hearing aids. Lesser value hearing aid generally produce feedback with any headphones.

The headphones just make it enjoyable for me to watch TV after my wife goes to bed. They work great. No disappointments.
