• This TV stand does not have a feature to rotate the screen.

• Don't know if I understand how you want to use the stand. I just had Best Buy Techs install a 65 inch Sony on it and recommend following the manufacturers guidelines on how to use and install big TV on this stand. It does a great job with my TV and I don't see how it could be used to hold my 65 inch TV any differently than recommeded.
