• I have a 49" NANO LG mounted on it and have it set to highest position. There are several adjusting holes to chose from and in the lowest position your TV would be pretty low. I would guess lower than 6". The stand is nice and stable even in the top position.

• Yes it should work. When you are putting it together you hook the front portion into the back portion at the height you want then add the lock screws to keep it in place.
