Does this stand come with the necessary hardware? null

Hi there, Yes, there is a full assortment of mounting hardware included to mount a wide range of TVs. Insignia Support Miguel C.

It comes with all the hardware BUT the screws that come with it don't always fit TVs length-wise. That is, the screws that fit our new TV would have been too long. The good news is the stand comes with thin spacers. I added one spacer to each screw and that did the trick. Also note you will need a phillips screwdriver. They also say you need a level. I have one and used it but don't think it's needed.
