• As long as the TV has the 4 bolt holes in the back it should. I bought one for my Samsung UN50TU8000FXZA 50 Inch TV. It comes with a variety of different sized spacers and bolts to adapt to different shaped backs on the TVs. Assembly required but I just followed the directions carefully and had no trouble with assembling mine. I am satisfied with mine,
