Yes, the screws are installed. Everything is as tight as I can get it by hand.

After you hung the TV to the height you wanted on the stand, did you put in the 2 bolts at the bottom of the bracket that fasten the TV bracket to the stand? If not that's why it wobbles.

Make sure the TV stand is properly installed and all screws are tightened.
