“I see that that it says 600mm x 400mm, 75mm x 75mm. Does that mean this stand will not fit a 400mm by 400mm or 200mm by 200mm tv? or are those the limits of how big and small it will go? Im not sure how it works. Thanks.”

This TV stand works for most TVs, it is compatible with VESA patterns from 75 × 75 up to 600 × 400 with all common sizes in between.
