A:AnswerThis is not at all helpful, as I’m trying to AVOID resting the soundbar on the table (which is not wide enough) by attaching it to the bottom of the stand. Can you please provide a better response?
A:AnswerThe distance from the front edge of the stand to the front of the post is 10 inches. Of this measurement from the front of the post to the front edge, 8 inches is “FLAT real estate” before the surface begins to “curve” towards the edge.
From left to right, the length of the stand is approximately 25 1/4 (or 25.25) inches. The surface is curved 2 inches from the edges all around, which means 21 1/4 inches of flatness to place a sound bar on — give or take.
Whether too long or too deep, the stand provides a good amount of flat surface for a sound bar to sit level. I say this, hoping your sound bar can be placed without the need for any included foot stands/rubber feet that came with it — that does not exceed the amount of flat surface that this tv stand provides. Otherwise, one can always use the provided “feet” or any object of their choice — like a book(s), pieces of wood, drink coasters, etc. — underneath the sound bar to make things level.
