  • QuestionI bought this charger on June 6. It did not come with the charging tip that matched my laptop. I was able to use the website to find out I needed the MT42 charging tip so I placed the order for free. Why haven’t I received the item or shipping number?

However, since then, you haven’t received the tip or any shipping confirmation. They should be able to look up your request and help resolve the issue.
