• The drivers on the CD and on the Insignia web site are from 2014. No wonder nothing works. Here are the latest drivers for this item. There are two MAC drivers. Choose the one that fits your OS. https://www.asix.com.tw/download.php?sub=driverdetail&PItemID=86

• Unfortunately, there are no download drivers for this adapter. You got to use an external CD rom drive to load the driver or buy the USB 3.0 model.
