I had this problem on my Macbook Pro M3 Pro which supports 2 monitors. I had to unplug one monitor at a time and adjust the refresh rate down to 60 Hz, which then allowed it to display. However the 2 external monitors are only mirroring each other. It doesn't seem to support extending both.
