“where is the insert key? I have accidently put my setting on "overtype" it seems. So, when I try to insert another word in middle of my sentence, it, now, will replace all the subsequent text. please help. Thanks”

The insert key is right above the delete key just to the right of the backspace key.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is not the typical gap between the row of number keys and the function keys, so the usual block of 6 keys, including insert, is a block of 9, which may throw you off. Insert is in the middle of the left side of this block.
