QuestionIs there a cap lock indicator light?It states LED for caps in description but I don't see it in the image, isn't it usually right on the cap lock key? Thanks!

- Answer Yes, above the 10-key number pad are indicators for the number lock, caps lock and scroll lock.

QuestionI bought this keyboard for my iMac and it works but every now and then, without warning, it just stops working. I have to unplug the USB and plug it back in and then it starts working again. Happens every few days. Very annoying.

QuestionThere is a key on this keyboard (Above the F9 key) that if you press it by mistake - everything and I mean everything stops working. And the only way to get everything working again is to turn off your computer while it is still running! How fix?

- Answer It is the sleep key. It will power down your pc into sleep mode. You are suppose to be able to move your mouse or hit any key like enter or space bar to wake it bake up again. But if that isn't working. You may have to go into your control panel settings (as per keyboard mouse settings) and change the behavior you want it to do when you put it to sleep like hit enter or space to wake it up. - Answer YES; As long as it has an available USB port. Windows found the driver for it on its own and installed it. True plug and play.

QuestionI have a Macbook. I connect it with Insignia keyboard using usb port. The CTRL key however has stopped working recently. Is there a way to correct this key ? Is there a way to reset the key or any other ideas. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

- Answer I would think so as it would be a usb device, if you have usb access on your table it should recognize it, but I can only guess as I do not know anything about this tablet, if you have a usb keyboard handy plug it in and see if your table will recognize this device and function properly.

QuestionThis is a wireless kbd-mouse combo, but there is no bluetooth receiver in my desktop usb port....don't have a manual &don't recall the installation.....at times kbd stops communicating with the computer....how does it communicate with the computer?

- Answer Yes, it's plug and go software works well with my Toshiba. Suggest restarting your PC after connected but you will only do it once at the most.
