Will this work with a HP Notebook and a Dell monitor? null

If your computer has a USBc port and your monitor as a VGA cord, I don't see any reason for it not to work. I am using a Dell laptop and some random old HKC monitor and it works perfectly - just plug and go!

It should since the adapter is not device specific. I have a Lenovo notebook and HP laptop. I also use it with my Mac.

Yes...as long as the port size on the notebook is correct. I too am using a Dell monitor
